Step 3: Click on the Configure user directories icon 
Click on the Configure user Directories icon.


Step 4: Create a New Directory


A dialog box will appear. Please enter. the Name of Directory Parameter and Directory Name and Valid for Server Name. an example is shown below.



Step 5: Save 
Click the 'Save' button.


SAP will display a confirmation message, indicating that the Entry Saved.

Step 6: Verify the New Directory
You should now see the newly created directory listed under the parent directory in the AL11 directory structure.



Step 7: Additional Settings (Optional)
Depending on your specific requirements, you can configure additional settings for the directory, such as permissions, authorizations, and retention policies.
